Sparkle Corps
From about 1960 through 1962, there were several print ads in popular magazines featuring Union Oil’s Sparkle Corps. Some of the ads mention that some of the Corps were men – but all the photos are of pretty young women. This was several years after the time when a young Marilyn Monroe was featured in a Union Oil TV commercial.
